Our Story
Studio Klara was founded in 2021 by Klara Nilsson and Johan Eriksson. We met at Hyper Island, bonded over a shared frustration with generic branding, and started the studio to do it differently.
We work with founders who care about how their brand feels, not just how it looks. Every project starts with positioning and strategy, because a beautiful identity built on a weak foundation does not last.
Based in Malmo. Working across Scandinavia. Two people, focused work, no overhead.

Design Lead
Typography, digital design, packaging. Previously freelancing for startups across Europe. Johan turns strategy into systems that work at every scale.

Research, brief, positioning. We learn your business, your audience, and your competitive landscape before we open a design tool.
Explore
Concepts, moodboards, directions. We present two to three distinct visual interpretations of the strategy for you to evaluate.
Refine
Chosen direction, applications, system. We develop the selected concept into a complete, production-ready identity.
Deliver
Files, guidelines, handoff. You receive everything you need to use your brand consistently: logo files, color codes, type specs, and templates.
